John Crook – President and CEO
With a hospitality career spanning over 25 years, John gained experience in Food & Beverage Management, Cost Analysis, Project Management, Housekeeping, Sales, and General Management while working for Westin Hotels and Residence Inn by Marriott. John founded Paragon Corporate Housing in 1996.

Ryan Lee – Director of Sales
Ryan joined Paragon in 2010 as Director of Sales. A graduate of Washington State University, he brings over 14 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing.

Rae Prue – Guest Services Representative
Rae joined Paragon in 2009 as a part-time guest services representative, and now coordinates Paragon Storage Solutions and Paragon Home Furnishings in Tri-Cities. With over 13 years experience in customer service, Rae helps guests live like they’re home.

Diane Turney – Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations
Diane joined Paragon in 2009. A graduate of Washington State University and Leadership Tri-Cities, Diane brings over 12 years of extensive experience in marketing, public relations, and business development.

Kim Cooke – General Manager
Kim joined Paragon in 2001 and serves as General Manager and Reservations Specialist. With over 20 years of experience in residential property management, Kim understands the challenges our guests face when relocating.

Lynette Milton – Director of Operations
Lynette joined Paragon in 2002. With over 20 years experience in housekeeping services, Lynette serves as Director of Operations, with responsibility for our housekeeping, furniture delivery and storage rental departments.

Amy Crawford – Guest Services Manager
Amy joined Paragon in 2005, originally in our housekeeping department. In 2007, she joined our administrative team as a guest services representative, and now coordinates the Guest House at PNNL.

Kim Westphal – Accounting Manager
Kim joined Paragon in 2003. Kim is responsible for all client/guest billing, company financials, and serves as the company’s human resources lead.
