With a hospitality career spanning over 25 years, John gained experience in Food & Beverage Management, Cost Analysis, Project Management, Housekeeping, Sales, and General Management while working for Westin Hotels and Residence Inn by Marriott. John founded Paragon Corporate Housing in 1996.

Gary Dunkle – Director of Operations
Gary joined Paragon in 2010, bringing over 12 years of experience in the Corporate Housing Industry and 11 years in Residential Property Maintenance. Gary serves as Director of Operations, with responsibility for the operations and furniture rental for Paragon in Idaho.

Doreen Compton – Vice President, Business Development
Doreen has over 20 years experience in Corporate Housing and Extended Stay sales and management. She holds the designations of Global Mobility Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist and Certified Corporate Housing Provider. Doreen focuses on new Business Development for Paragon in Idaho and other northwest markets.
